Dagmar Neumann


Dagmar is a seasoned technology executive and experienced transformation agent. She assists organisations in analysing the status quo, developing strategies, defining roadmaps, and optimising the digital investment approach to build new business capabilities and enabling revenue growth. 

Her big topics are: Digital transformation, legacy modernisation, regulatory compliance, and IT operating models

She is passionate about architecture and governance as the sound foundations, to not only manage operating risk and compliance, but to enable collaboration and future-proofing design and vision, and creating the space for innovation and lateral thinking.

Dagmar has worked at the C-level in national and international corporations and now consults to the private and public sector.

She is also dedicating time to volunteer projects and is an experienced director in the not-for-profit space. She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and member of Women on Boards and Women Chiefs of Enterprises International (WCEI).
